Ram Charan's Wife About Her Depression

RRR hero Ram Charan's wife Upasana Konidela is popular among Telugus. She shared her emotional journey as a mother in the last few months and her experiences with postpartum depression. 

She highlighted the immense support she received from her husband Ram Charan who stood by her through it all. 

Upasana expressed the difficulty of leaving their daughter Kaara behind when they travel often finding themselves more emotional than Kaara herself.

She revealed that Ram Charan moved in with her to her parents' home to help her during her postpartum phase and battle with depression.

Upasana affirmed the importance of prioritizing health and seeking professional and emotional help when needed for all mothers.

Upasana also praised Ram's parenting skills noting how their daughter's habits resemble his own. She spoke of the enrichment brought to her life through Ram Charan's involvement in raising Kaara.

Upasana described Ram as a secure husband who supports her success willing to be in her shadow when she shines.

She expressed pride in supporting him when necessary emphasizing the importance of mutual support in their relationship.

Ram Charan and Upasana tied the knot in June 2012 and welcomed their first child in June 2023.
