Khalistani extremists have once again stirred trouble. At a time when diplomatic relations between India and Canada are resuming, they issued serious threats. The group threatened to seize the Indian Consulate in Vancouver.
The US-based Khalistani organization Sikhs for Justice made the threat, declaring that on the 18th of this month (Thursday) they would surround and take control of the Indian Consulate in Vancouver. They warned in a statement that no one should be present at the time.
Posters targeting India’s High Commissioner to Canada, Dinesh Patnaik, were also released.
