Vote Theft of 25 Lakh Out of 2 Crore Votes

Vote Theft of 25 Lakh Out of 2 Crore Votes

Congress senior leader Rahul Gandhi has once again made sensational allegations of large-scale vote theft. Backing his claims with evidence, he revealed shocking details about the alleged manipulation of votes. Just ahead of the Bihar elections, Rahul’s revelations about vote rigging in Haryana have sparked a nationwide debate. Under the title “Hydrogen Files,” he dropped a political bomb, presenting details through a PowerPoint presentation.

Rahul stated that all surveys had predicted a Congress victory in Haryana. He said Congress had gained a clear lead in postal ballots, but the results changed drastically after the EVM counting began. Alleging that 25 lakh votes were stolen out of 2 crore in the state, he claimed that Congress lost power by just 22,000 votes.

According to Rahul, five types of vote theft occurred in Haryana. Showing the photo of a Brazilian model named Mathews Ferrero, he revealed that 22 votes were cast using the same image in 10 polling booths, and another 253 votes in two booths. He also exposed data suggesting 1,24,177 fake votes. Rahul alleged that the Election Commission deliberately destroyed CCTV footage to hide these irregularities and refused to provide the footage when requested.

He further claimed that BJP workers had votes registered in both Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, adding that thousands of duplicate votes were included in BJP’s favor. Though the Election Commission has software to prevent duplicate voting, it was never used, he alleged. Rahul also said that before the Haryana polls, 3.5 lakh votes belonging to Congress supporters were deleted.

The timing of these explosive allegations — just a day before the first phase of Bihar elections — has stirred massive political discussion across the country.
