Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing a rally in Dahod, Gujarat, on the anniversary of taking office 11 years ago, issued a strong warning to Pakistan in the wake of the recent Pahalgam terror attack.
Reflecting on his journey as Prime Minister, Modi said, “It was on this very day 11 years ago that I assumed the responsibility of leading the nation.” He highlighted the swift response to the Pahalgam terror strike, saying, “We avenged the attack. Those who dared to wipe the sindoor off our women’s foreheads were crushed to dust.”
Modi asserted that India had shown Pakistan the consequences of provoking the country. “We have shown Pakistan what happens when someone challenges Modi,” he declared to loud cheers from the crowd.
He further stated that the government fulfilled the dreams and expectations of 140 crore Indians. “Every Indian’s aspiration has been my mission,” Modi said, reiterating his commitment to national security and pride.
The Prime Minister’s remarks come amid heightened tensions following the attack in Pahalgam and ahead of the final phase of the Lok Sabha elections.
