Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Razaullah Nizamani, also known as Abu Saiullah, was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Pakistan's Sindh province. Officials confirmed that Nizamani was gunned down near a road crossing in Matli shortly after leaving his residence. Despite being under government protection, he was attacked in broad daylight.
Nizamani was a key figure in multiple terror operations targeting India. He was the mastermind behind the 2006 attack on the RSS headquarters in Nagpur. He was also involved in the 2005 Indian Institute of Science shooting in Bengaluru and the 2001 assault on a CRPF camp in Rampur.
His killing raises serious questions about internal security dynamics within Pakistan, particularly regarding the protection of high-profile extremists. The motive and identity of the attackers remain unclear.
