Legal Startup: 'Virtual Advo' Brings A New Change

India’s legal services market is growing fast, expected to hit USD 3.37 billion by 2030. Seeing this trend, Raman Gupta launched Virtual Advo, a legal startup offering affordable legal services to startups, SMEs, and companies across India. Unlike traditional firms, it works through online platforms and flexible models, making legal support more accessible, especially in Tier II and III cities.

Virtual Advo operates under two models. First, its Subscription Model gives businesses expert legal teams on a monthly retainer, covering contracts, compliance, legal notices, and policy drafting. This cost-effective service acts as an external or extended in-house legal team, customizable to business needs. Services like corporate training and strategic legal advice are included.

The Virtual Model offers paperless trademark services. Clients can conduct quick trademark searches and register trademarks within an hour. Looking ahead, Virtual Advo plans to expand into business licensing, compliance, and legal training modules, streamlining corporate legal processes even further.
