Fresh Gun Shooting Scare in Bollywood

Bollywood has once again been shaken by a shooting incident. After the firing at Salman Khan’s residence that created nationwide sensation, another attack has now taken place outside the house of a prominent Bollywood personality. Gunshots were heard outside the residence of film director Rohit Shetty.

Rohit Shetty’s house is located in Juhu, one of Mumbai’s most high-profile and sensitive areas, where several Bollywood celebrities reside. Around 12:40 AM, an unidentified assailant allegedly fired five rounds towards Rohit Shetty’s residence, triggering panic and renewed security concerns in the film industry.

Fortunately, no injuries have been reported in the incident. Police have launched an investigation to identify those behind the attack and are examining CCTV footage from areas surrounding Rohit Shetty’s house.

Police have taken the firing in such a sensitive zone very seriously. The Mumbai Police held a high-level review meeting immediately after the incident. Meanwhile, heavy security has been deployed around the Juhu tower where Rohit Shetty resides.

It may be recalled that in the firing incident at Salman Khan’s residence, police had established the involvement of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Investigators are now suspecting that the same gang could be behind this attack as well. Lawrence Bishnoi has allegedly been targeting Bollywood celebrities and issuing threats over the past few months, raising serious concerns about the safety of film industry figures.
