The film Coolie featured several actors. With Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead, the movie also had senior actors like Nagarjuna, Upendra, Aamir Khan, and Sathyaraj in notable roles. However, the film turned out to be a flop.

Soon after, several rumors began circulating around Aamir Khan. One viral claim on social media suggested that Aamir himself said, “Acting in Coolie was the biggest mistake of my career.”

Since Aamir is not active on social media, he could not respond directly. But after some delay, his team officially addressed the issue, dismissing the viral posts as fake news.

Aamir’s team clarified that he holds immense respect for Rajinikanth and the film Coolie, and that he actually feels proud of the small role he played in it.

However, regarding Aamir Khan’s supposed upcoming project with director Lokesh Kanagaraj, the team remained silent. Speculation is rife that the film has been shelved after the failure of Coolie, but Aamir’s camp has not made any statement on this matter.
