Dhruv Rathee Lives Abroad: Cannot Be Arrested?

There were speculations yesterday that Dhruv Rathee, the popular YouTuber, could be arrested based on the allegations made by AAP MP Swati Maliwal stating that his videos provoked some miscreants to give rape and death threats to her.

When Swati made assault allegations against the Personal Secretary of Arvind Kejriwal of her own party, the police acted swiftly to arrest the Personal Secretary. 

Not only that, but Dhruv Rathee has also been making critical videos about Narendra Modi and the present BJP government, which many believe adds to the need to arrest him for the present BJP-led government.

However, the information is that Dhruv is a resident of Germany, and his YouTube channel is also based in Berlin, Germany. Dhruv was married to a German lady, Juli Lbr, in 2021.

So, technically Dhruv lives far from India, and many now assume that this could be the reason for his daring videos against Narendra Modi. Therefore, he cannot be arrested according to the latest speculations.
