Are Nukes Safe In Rogue Nation?

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, during his visit to Srinagar’s Badami Bagh Cantonment after Operation Sindoor, raised serious concerns about Pakistan’s nuclear weapons. He questioned whether such arms were safe in the hands of what he called a “rogue nation,” and urged the international community to place Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Singh praised the Indian Army for its swift and decisive retaliation under Operation Sindoor, which was launched after the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam. He expressed pride in the Armed Forces and said the operation was a reflection of the Modi government's strong stance against terrorism. He also saluted the people of Jammu and Kashmir for standing firm against terrorist forces.

Reports suggest India struck multiple targets, including terror camps and Pakistani military posts. While Pakistan claimed to have hit Indian air bases, PM Modi’s visit to Adampur Air Base dismissed those claims.
