Actress On Switching To Non-Veg: Netizens' Reaction

Manushi Chhillar who is known for her role in 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' alongside Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff has recently revealed her transition from vegetarianism to eating meat for the movie's muscle building demands.

Manushi explained her lifelong vegetarianism and her decision to try meat for the first time due to Covid-related weight loss concerns. Her father, a doctor, advised her to switch to meat for muscle gain.

During filming in places like Jordan and Scotland, where vegetarian options were limited, meat became her primary protein source. Despite initial challenges, she trained in MMA at Tiger's gym to match shoulders with the action heroes.

To this, a netizen remarked, "But what Manushi should understand is that there is Sonu Sood in the industry who is a pure vegetarian but could still build impressive muscle. Even Amitabh Bachchan has been a vegetarian and not suffering from any weak muscle even at this age."

"Eating non-vegetarian is a choice but not an official replacement for vegetarian food to build muscle. There are many options in vegetarian to build muscle, which her learned father should also know," said another netizen.
