Myntra has created over 20,000 jobs through its partners to handle the expected rise in demand for its 22nd End of Reason Sale (EORS), starting Saturday. These new roles are aimed at supporting logistics, customer service, and last-mile delivery.
The company has added around 4,500 delivery partners and 1,000 customer service agents to ensure smooth operations during the sale. The hiring drive includes roles across fulfilment centres in cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Delhi.
Interestingly, about 22% of the new warehouse staff are women, who will be involved in tasks like sorting, grading, and packing. Myntra’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Govindraj M K, said this step reflects their “Customer First” focus and also helps boost incomes for many during the large-scale sale. This edition of EORS is being promoted as Myntra’s biggest yet.
