People who checked stock prices daily haven't made money: Buffett

Berkshire Hathaway's annual meeting has already started, with the Oracle of Omaha Warren Buffett addressing shareholders’ questions.

This is the first AGM without Buffett's longtime friend and partner, Charlie Munger, who passed away last year, putting the spotlight on Vice Chairmen Greg Abel and Ajit Jain.

Shareholders are eager for insights into succession planning and Berkshire's growth strategies going forward.

Billionaire veteran investor Warren Buffett at his firm Berkshire Hathaway's annual shareholders meeting said, "People who have checked the stock price daily have not made the money."

"People who have forgotten about it have made money over the years," he stated. "Our primary investments will always be in the US," he added.
